Villagers cannot find beds in their village.
Villagers instead of going to their beds would just stand in the middle of the village.
Steps to Reproduce:
Find a pretty big village and set time to night.
Screenshot also presents another bug where villagers will try to sleep through walls.

I've got this glitch in 1.16+ my villagers will stand at the back wall, or at gates if they can't reach the back wall, until morning.
