[MC-164034] Texture issue with top of slime block when minecart on top of it

If you place a Minecart directly on top of a Slime block, the shadow of the minecart will cause the top texture of the slime to be transparent and show what's behind it without the slime texture obscuring it. See the screenshots attached.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-162338, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

Thanks violine, I had searched, but didn't think of the transparent block connection, just had searched for slime and transparent, so that other one didn't come up. I posted my screenshot of the Minecart in that thread on the main bug.
