Silktouch pickaxe drops cobble stone on last use

This bug is pretty simple, when stone is mined for the last time with a pickaxe, 

The bug also effects all silktouch-able blocks too my knowledge (ore, glass, stained glass, leaves, sea lanterns, glow-stone, etc) and the effect also doesn't work.
