[MC-164187] i keep getting an error everytime i play with mods on 1.12.2

the error says"The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop
Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 256"and i removed the mod and when i joined the same world without mods i got in but when i play with mod and join the same world or a new world i keep getting the same error as before i even changed the mods but still the same problem on 1.12.2 and i also tried using mods on 1.14.4 but the same problem please help me fix it

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
