Top Of Grass Block Is White

Huh, that's extremely odd. I feel like this should've already been reported somewhere because it's so obvious as the grass block is one of the most common blocks, but I can't find any duplicates, so nice find!

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-161841, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
