Dispenser don't thrown tridents

The bug

When place tridents on dispenser, they will thrown as an item instead of thrown as a projectile.

How to Reproduce

1. Place a trident on dispenser

2. Use redstone to powered
   →❌  The dispenser do not thrown the trident as a projectile.
