[MC-164322] breaking animation on leaves will make water behind the leaves invisible

The semi transparent parts of the breaking animation on leaves will make water invisible. So far i know is the problem only with leaves. To see the bug you need to have the inside of the leaves transparent. I hope you guys will fix this bug. (ps you can see the bug on the breaking leave in the lower side)
