Happens me too, close your MC Java file (the one with the crafting table icon) then reopen it through the launcher.
There are no spawners, none that I know of. I do have a Villager "breeding center" in that area though.
Closing and reopening is not working either. Unless I'm doing it wrong.
-This issue was not happening before so I have no idea what could possibly be the problem.
This is a note for the searchability in Mojira.
Mojira doesn't search in attachments, only in comments.
These aren't the droids you're looking for. Move along!
I think I see the problem.
Level time: 0 game time, 0 day time
Level dimension: 0
Level storage version: 0x00000 - Unknown?
Level weather: Rain time: 0 (now: false), thunder time: 0 (now: false)
Level game mode: ~ERROR~ NullPointerException: null
The game mode was originally survival. When I opened to LAN so my brother can join I changed game mode.
I logged out being in creative mid-air. Maybe it crashes because I am supposed to be in survival mode?
So is there a way to change my game mode without having to be in-game?
Looks like a corrupted world. This is your best bet: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/137381-official-corrupted-save-recovery-thread/
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Note: this is a automatic message, so apologies if I miss something.
