Invisible blocks when mining fast

When I'm mining, I get a lot of invisible blocks that instead of getting mined become invisible and lock me in place in a glitch way unless I move out. It happens mostly with fast mined blocks such as dirt, sand, etc.

I have to leave to main menu and load save again to see the blocks, but since this happens extremely frequently anytime I mine, this is not a viable solution, as it is it, minecraft became unplayable for me, if anyone has a working fix for this issue please let me know, I'm playing a single player world.
