Zombie Villagers, along with their professions, have missing limbs on their arms and same for their hats. Someone might have already reported this, just mark my report as "Already Resolved" if someone has reported this before.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-140954 and MC-148250, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
