[MC-16515] Graphical Issue while looking through blaze smoke

i was making a burning bush by putting a blaze's head into a leaf block when I noticed that while looking through the blaze smoke, the ocean looked glitched, as if it was unnefected by the smoke effect (see attached picture) In the picture, i was using Ovo's rustic redemption textures, but the glitch happens in the default texture as well

This is the glitch in the default teture. The water seems to not be effected by the smoke particles. it is easier to see in the other screenshot, in a texture pack w/ thicker smoke (ovos rustic redemption)

This glitch happens with all transparent blocks and particle and even mobs/entity's where you can see a transparent block or mob/entity though particles! I hate this glitch sooooooooooooo much
