bees unable to leave hives

 Bees appear to be unable to leave the hive

the ai seems to be glitched out, they spawn inside the block then immediately enter the hive, the bug in question is on a multiplayer hardcore world and the hives are one block above a campfire (have been able to semi recreate it in both a creative world and a survival world, both single player)
