Its a Minecraft launcher issue. It updated 2-3 days ago. And after that, Minecraft launcher would not open. I destroyed years of work on a world that has been made with friends. I reinstalled Minecraft itself, removing the entire launcher and Minecraft application. Nothing. I reinstalled it all, and the Launcher will not start. I already tried the whole: Properites, making it go to Windows Patch 3 or something like that. Run as administrator. Nothing. I shut my computer down, reinstalled Minecraft. Nothing. Ive reinstalled Minecraft 7 times already. Ive uninstalled it 7 times as well. Ive waited a full 6 hours to remove the entire .minecraft file. Nothing. Its getting pretty frustrating to deal with.
This all happened due to a minecraft update that didnt open the minecraft launcher. I shutdown after it didnt open for 3 hours. Clicked it, nothing happened. I kept trying to get on. Ive tried fixing this myself for 3 days. its 3:43 AM. Im in the verge of giving up and letting my friends know the 5 years world file is dead.
