Can't access top right of inventory

My mouse won't even allow me to select blocks in the upper right corner of my inventory. Occasionally, after going to different work stations it'll let me access blocks of the top right corner of my inventory, but usually it lags and then continues to freeze. The mouse will move into the area but can't select anything and freezes.
