Game output/log gets spammed with 'Fetching packet for removed entity

ive noticed quite a few times, the console spamming the below message quite a bit, unfortunatly it occurs when im unable to be on the server to determine what has happend to cause//trigger the spam. Closest issue maybe related was #155043
