[MC-155043] Game output/log gets spammed with 'Fetching packet for removed entity ...' warnings

The bug

After summoning a wither, several Fetching packet for removed entity ... warnings appear in the game output/log.

How to reproduce

Summon a wither:
```
/summon wither
```
Wait some time until the wither destroyed some entities
Watch the game output
→ ❌ Notice several Fetching packet for removed entity ... warnings have been thrown

Note

This also appears to happen randomly with no apparent reason. The reproduction method as described in the ticket here is just a way to trigger these warnings.

I also have the problem of the game output being spammed with "Fetching packet for removed entity." However, I do not have a wither on my server, and I have never spawned one. I am playing on 1.14.3, the full release. I think on my server it sometimes happens when someone is fishing.

This likely means that items have despawned after 5 minutes since they were dropped, wither because the wither destroied the blocks and the items dropped, or because the fished items weren't picked up, I have checked it myself and that is what the server outputs as an entity gets despawned.

This happens to me on vanilla 1.15.2

I, too, have never spawned a Wither. This is not related to explosions for me because it's happening where there are no explosions. It is happening in my free-range chicken farm. Perhaps it's related to despawning eggs? When it does happen, it's always at the same location, ±2 blocks, always along a fence line where the chickens congregate.

Also not explosion-related, this happened above a hopper at my iron farm, so I think it is a rare occurrence when item entities get removed.

I was having this show up as well.

Went to those coordinates, it is where I had a bunch of chickens penned up over hoppers. The chest the hoppers fed into was full and most of the hoppers were full as well. Perhaps this was coming up whenever an egg that did not get pulled into a hopper despawned.

I have this happening in my 1.16 (now 1.16.1) server world. The only questionable thing we did was making a cramped skeleton spawner farm and a cramped cow farm and AFKing. Just thought to update this so the affected version includes up to 1.16.1. It goes something like this:

The logging frequency is inconsistent, ranging from 5 seconds to 15 minutes each in between randomly. I also checked the coordinates and it is exactly at my waiting area for the skeleton farm. Let me know if you need the world, kind of think it is related to cramping mobs.

I have noticed this off and on with other things, but most prominent this evening.

At that location, we had about 30 chickens all stacked on top of each other for our egg farm. Breaking the containing blocks and letting the chickens go free resolved the warnings at that location. I am inclined to agree that it is related to mob cramping.

I believe this is not just a mob cramming issue, while I do get this issue consistently get my gold farm with pigmen cramming. I also get warning spam when running a large scale tnt machine. Could be an issue with large amount of items/mobs in a small space.

I have this issue in my server world since I upgraded to 1.14.4, but for me it only happens with "air" I get messages like this for multiple coordinates in my world:

I dont know if it has something todo with that message, but I noticed to that my baby lamas always despawn about one minecraft day after breeding, right before they can grow up, to be tamed.

And I dont ever hat a wither in my world, so this bug is not fixed to the wither.
