When the player is killed by the wither skull, the player's inventory drop will be deleted

The bug

When the player is killed by the wither skull, the player's all inventory drop will be deleted.

Player must be killed by a skull shot to reproduce.

Therefore the death message will be as follows:
[Player] was shot by a skull from Wither
Instead of the following:
[Player] was blown up by Wither

Possible causes

When a player dies, the system will disregard the owner of the dropped items and turn all drops into wither roses.
