[MC-176919] Trident thrown before dying does not return (with loyalty 3)

The bug

I threw a trident with loyalty 3 and then died. The trident has not come back after 3 minutes of waiting.

Can you change the description to "Trident thrown BEFORE dying.."

I can confirm that this is an issue in 20w49a. When throwing a loyalty trident and whilst it's thrown, the trident will not return to you and instead drop as an item.

Tridents dropping as items when the player dies is likely intentional, as it was the solution/fix for MC-125254
