Invisible standart weapons without NBT-tags with Resource Pack with Custom Model Data. For the simpe - Iron Sword. The standart version of iron sword without NBT-tags or any more will be invisible, when enabled Resource-Pack with CustomModelData.

You need to include model data, such as the default:
