Cant place bell anywhere or move in inventory game only say its v1.13.1 its on android also guessing bees havent been added yet?

Im sick of this iv reported the bug it only say v1.13 and pocket edition say nothing about bedrock maybe if stated clearly what version it was or took me to the correct place to report bug.maybe fix all the bugs before releasing a game that has so many issues and charging money for it
