[MC-166201] The Minecraft's logo in the windows' taskbar won't open

The taskbar won't open Minecraft when (I think) it's loading (like a world loading, Minecraft screensplash loading, etc...) and I can't switch an app (like firefox) to Minecraft it won't work

Ok so the launcher_log file shows nothing about yesterday but only today, so I tried to reproduce this bug but obviously it works perfectly today, so there's nothing more to say
