The bug

When right-clicking pandas with bamboo, sometimes they become aggressive and attack the player.

I can confirm this for Minecraft 1.15 pre-release 1

I triggered this behaviour with a non-aggressive panda.
Following the code, it seems like pandas in breeding state can become unhappy, and will follow/attack players that are holding bamboo.
