honey block sticky property only works on one side of the block

honey blocks sticky property are suppose to make entities that touch it get pulled/pushed along with the block when moved with pistons.

What happens is entities dont get pulled/pushed on all sides ( only top works) like they are suppose to. see clip.

Actually Neun, that is incorrect, the intended behavior as stated during minecon was for entities on all sides of the block to be moved when the block was pushed/pulled, acting as a slime block but effecting entities as well.

@unknown In the linked report (MC-163122), you can see in the "All" or "History" activity feed that it has been resolved as such by Mojang.
I too was thinking that the honey block was supposed to move entities on all sides when it was first announced at Minecon. It turns out that this was a misunderstanding, even if it might have allowed for cool contraptions.

If you want to give feedback about this (missing) behavior, you can do so on the corresponding subreddit
