There is an issue regarding the way pathways work when near ledges. When they are the last block of a ledge and a player steps on it, they'll immediately be pushed off towards the edge the player is nearest too, conveyor'd off the block and if you're playing on an amplified world, it'll generally lead to a long fall. It appears to only affect players.
