The next page arrow in a book and quill editing GUI on the last 100th page plays the "Page rustles" sound and subtitles but no action takes place

The bug

There are 100 pages in the Book and Quill editing UI. If you go to the last 100th page and try clicking on the arrow in the bottom right corner it will play "Page rustles" sound and subtitles but nothing happens.

The existence of this arrow on the last page is another question. Why is it there if it's the last page? There is no left arrow on the first page.
