Hello my ign is NightNinjaGamer and there is a bug when i switched computers i lost my creative mode toolbar there was so many custom command block things in there is there any way i can get it back the old computer doesnt work so i cant transfer the files

As of now, Minecraft data in Java Edition is not automatically synchronized with other computers. Thus, this is a feature request, not a bug.

Copy the file hotbar.nbt from your .minecraft folder on the old computer to the new computer. If your old computer really is unusable, then there is no way unfortunately
The same account on different computers doesn't have the same worlds & toolbars. It does keep the server ranks but everything else is nowhere to be found. That is one of the issues. I don't know how to transfer it, I just know this
