[MC-167364] Scaffoldings visually glitch when placed on leaves

If you try to place scaffolding on top of leaves, the scaffolding is used and visually disappears from your inventory, but it's still there and reappears when clicking on the inventory slot

Unable to reproduce, am unable to place scaffolding on leaves in 1.15 pre-6.

You are right, it happens to me on the SMP server I play and I assumed it was true on singleplayer too: maybe it's caused by a desynchronization between client and server, I have no idea. I guess this bug report can be closed.
