Able to reproduce in 1.15 pre-6 with very minimal consistency. 90% of the time it works as intended, the other 10% this bug happens.

Unable to reproduce, am unable to place scaffolding on leaves in 1.15 pre-6.

Confirmed for 1.15 pre-6 in creative mode, and the map remains blank. In survival mode it works as intended.

Both of these issues have been resolved in 1.15 pre-6 upon further testing.

Confirmed for 1.15 pre-6. You can see a dropped sign item and a sign on the cactus.

Teleportation lag is likely a result of having to load a large number of chunks and makes sense.

I don't think the devs fix modded issues.

Able to reproduce. A black flash appears when placing.

After further experimentation, it appears disabling the vanilla datapack is the cause!

I had arrows in my inventory. Looks in 1.15 pre 6 it’s no longer an issue.

Note that my right click is bound to 'Q' if that helps with reproducibility.
