When i break a block above me (ex. a tree) while its raining, for a frame or two i can see the rain above the other blocks (ex. leaves) (image is not available because its too difficult to capture)

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-163575, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
