Whenever I look up at the sky at a specific angle, it all turns black except for a strip just above the horizon.

It could also be noted that I don't experience this glitch in 1.15 nor snapshot 19w41a at 1920x1080 resolution

Please confirm and provide screenshots of this occurring in 1.15.
Also, please fill the Environment section with your computer hardware information. The screenshots you have provided show entirely different computer hardware between them.
When updating the ticket, please try to make all your changes at once. Each time you update it, it sends out a new notification email.
