[MC-167691] Potions Scoreboard Objective Not Counting

I have a few functions that incorporate the use of a scoreboard with the objective minecraft.used:minecraft.potion. Updating from 1.14.4 to 1.15 made the commands no longer work, but triggering the scoreboard via other methods is completely fine, triggering the rest of the function. I'll continue to test this when I can.

I have done some testing and as it turns out, it isn't the scoreboard working, but an error in my commands. I constantly set the 9th slot of my inventory to the potion not realizing that bugs it out. Apologies for the inconvenience.
