[MC-167712] Flowing lava acting as whole block for magma cubes

So I was going about my survival day when i came across a magma cube, floating above the flowing lava.

I was curious so I tried to recreate what I had seen in the previous world. Doing that, I figured out that I could also float about the flowing lava.

This became a problem, because If I were to place a slab on the edge of the flowing lava, then stand on the edge of the slab, it would set me on fire, even with the stairs.

I began to do some more testing with the magma cubes, and found out, they were also bugged on a whole block of lava. They seem to dip down only a tiny bit into the lava, where as previous versions, they would be semi-submerged

Can confirm that this is an issue in 20w51a. Here's some easy steps to reproduce this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter the nether an run:

/fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~10 ~3 ~10 glass
/fill ~2 ~1 ~2 ~9 ~3 ~9 air
/fill ~2 ~1 ~2 ~9 ~1 ~2 lava
/summon minecraft:magma_cube ~6 ~3 ~7 {Size:2}

→ ❌ Notice how the magma cube is seemingly able to jump in the air whilst standing on flowing lava.
