[MC-167824] Enderman holding flowers

I was killing enderman in the overworld when I saw a enderman holding a flower.Also someone repoted but I wrote it for confirmation.

This is intentional, endermen can pick up only some blocks and these blocks include plants like cactus, flowers and lily pads

It is intentional. This was fixed before 1.15 came out, and is still an iconic feature of the enderman. It worked like this when I started playing Minecraft Java Edition in 1.8.
