I created a new world in the new 1.15 version, then took a look around and I noticed that I can see a blue outline in the grass blocks.
I tried restarting the game, installing the version again, but nothing seems to work.

Your graphics driver is forcing Anisotropic filtering. If you have an nvidea graphics card you can turn this off using the NIVDIA Control panel under Manage 3D settings.
