[MC-168229] Block interaction after travelling through nether portal

If you activate your shield, keep it like that and go through a nether portal, you won't be able to use blocks like chest, bed, crafting table...

I can't reproduce this. I start shielding on one side of the portal. At this stage, I cannot open a crafting table since I'm already right clicking to activate the shield. When I go through the portal, I start un-shielding. Unclicking right click then re-clicking it to open a crafting bench works as expected.

I think the issue happens when you release right click while the loading screen is open?

I got this as well, though I was shifting? Relogging fixes it though

I am not able to reproduce this. (I tested in 1.16.4.) When I enter a nether portal while holding up a shield, I experience MC-86252, but crafting tables, beds, etc. work fine.
