When i was playing on my singleplayer world, at that time it was raining in Minecraft, and noticed that when picking up any item, the rain is showing for a short amount of time through non-transparent blocks.

Biome Blend: OFF
Graphics: Fancy (The bug doesn't appear on Fast Graphics)
Smooth Lighting: OFF
Use V-Sync: OFF
Brightness: Bright
Fullscreen: ON
Render Distance: 5 chunks
Clouds: OFF
Particles: Minimal
Entity Shadows: ON
