Chunk pop-in rendering issue at chunk borders

At a chunk border, specifically 0 on any axis, the chunk behind the player will stop rendering early. Visible in normal FOV, but especially bad in Quake Pro.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-63020, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
