Good morning or afternoon.
I come here with the intention of reporting a possible Bug / Error that I found myself playing recently in one of my Minecraft worlds (survival to be specific). It turns out that during a rain or thunderstorm, being under a block and looking up, when picking up any items causes a kind of "Graphic Bug" can I call it?. When picking up an item while looking up a block during a storm, the particles of water are seen falling for a short period and then disappear. Also i tried if this happened in creative and it turns out that yes, even having other textures packs, but the same thing happens. I will put a video that can summarize everything and some screenshots with and without active textures packs. The Bug occurs when:*1.- There is rain or thunderstorm.
2.- The player is below a block.
3.- The player is looking up the block and picks up an item.*
**I must also mention that depending on the level of depth at which the player is, it will be when the bug may or may not be visible.

I may not have looked well for some similar posts or with the same error, so it would be a duplicate post or topic, maybe the information on the operating system and the java version and other information about that bug may help.
