there doesn't seem to be an a/c project so trying here,
it seems via account login, you are out of keys to claim the windows 10 version for customers that fulfil the requirement,
I bought my current version in 2011 and I do have a 'claim your free copy' button but when i press it it says:
Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be on their way. Please check back later!
not sure how temporary it is but I'm trying to run a bedrock server for my kids and want to be able to join from my PC so I'd really like to get the windows 10 version to be able to do that.
hopefully you can give me a key, If there are any further questions, please let me know.

We're actually already tracking this issue in WEB-1690, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
