Item frames become unusual

I have tested and the item frame exists, but you cant remove or place an item in it. You can /kill it which makes me think something is wrong with the hitbox.

The item frame was placed with a /summon command with nbt tags: {Facing:8}

This is solved when leaving and rejoining the world.
