The first coordinate, x, is separated by a comma from the two decimal places, but at z it is separated by a point. This is the German language, but the same problem with the English translation ...
How to reproduce
Set the system display language of your device to German
Run the following command:
/worldborder center ~ ~→ ❌ The z-coordinate in the command output contains a comma

This is still an issue in 1.17.1 - it seems to depend on your system language rather than the game's language setting.
I'm unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. Both decimal points appear as dots and not commas. I've attached a screenshot demonstrating this.
