[MC-169069] Unkown texture with fighting

What I expected to happen was...:

Normally I will fight
What actually happened was...:
An unknown texture was displayed. (sometimes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fight animals or monsters with a diamond sword. However, to display this structure, there must be more monsters or animals around you, and you must have a "charged" sword to create multiple wounds at the same time. This texture appears only occasionally.

I have version 1.15.1 Forge with one mod

Please recreate the issue if you can reproduce this in a vanilla environment

No, there is probably no this problem in Minecraft vannila. If possible, please report this problem to Minecraft Forge. (This problem isn't in Minecraft vannila probably)
