[MC-169531] Bees don't enter their hives when raining if they are angry

Bees won't go in their nests if they are angry.

Put down a bee nest or hive
Summon a bee that is angry: /summon minecraft:bee ~ ~ ~ {AngerTime:999999,Anger:9999}
Change the weather to rain: /weather rain
→ ❌ The bee is unable to enter its beehive
