[MC-169543] Using a spawn egg when standing in water while not aiming at a block spawns the mob at the player's location

When the player is underwater and not aiming at a block, using a spawn egg will cause the mob to be spawned at the player's location.

Go underwater
Get a spawn egg
Do not aim at a block
Try to use it
→ ❌ The egg is used and the mob is spawned at the player's location
