Using a spawn egg when standing in water while not aiming at a block spawns the mob at the player's location

The bug

When the player is underwater and not aiming at a block, using a spawn egg will cause the mob to be spawned at the player's location.

To reproduce

1. Go underwater

2. Get a spawn egg

3. Do not aim at a block

4. Try to use it
   → ❌ The egg is used and the mob is spawned at the player's location
