While I was playing on the server that my friend and I usually play on, my friend started repeatedly ringing a bell. I decided to go move on to a nearby village to go do something. As I returned, the sounds of the bell repeatedly ringing continues to ring very loudly and has not ceased for more than 30 minutes. My friend also activated the jukebox and even though I took out the disc and destroyed the block, that noise is still playing too. I managed to destroy the bell block and it is still ringing. If I go to the Nether Portal in my base and go in the Nether, then the sound goes away. If I move about 30 blocks away from my base, then I no longer hear the noise. However, once I go into that range, the bell rings very loudly. It makes it very difficult to be in or around my base. I am the only one who can hear the noise. My friend does not. My friend did not insert some Redstone to cause an infinite loop and neither did I. There is no prank. Destroying the blocks did nothing. I tried logging off the server and logging on. That did not work. I attempted to shut down the server and restart it, but the noise is still there. I attempted to restart my computer and the sound is still there. I uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it, but the sound is still there. Nothing I do manages to stop the sound and I am submitting a bug report. I tried doing a reset of the resource pack and that did not work. Nothing is working; thus, I am submitting a bug report. The only thing that works is moving away in distance or going to options and shutting off the Blocks AND Jukebox/Note Blocks volume. I have went on Google to look for a solution to this infinite looping of noise that has no cease. That's why I am asking for help. I really do not want to have to move my base that I built.
