[MC-169733] custom sound does not work

Good morning. My custom sound does not work. I don't know why. What I wrote wrong?

Yeah. I fixed it (broken old was breking the new which was down it) but I can't add name it to capital letter. Works: "custom/agnilaugh", does not works "custom/Agni_Laugh"

Edit: I see its the issue with MC-124834. Any code in game to fix that?
