My world's terrain has cloned itself

I noticed that it seemed one chunk of terrain had been cloned and placed over what was already there. The first screenshot shows the terrain that had been copied, the second shows where it had been pasted. You can even see the birch tree at the top left that had been cut off when the chunk was pasted. The third screenshot shows the chunk was pasted right through my sugar cane farm.
