[MC-169837] Some settings buttons makes selection sound on release

Hello,

When clicking on the "Chat Settings..." button in the settings. The selection sound seems to play when holding the left mouse button and when releasing the left mouse button, which leads to the selection sound being played twice. This is because there is a fader behind the button that makes a sound when released. Even when it is not being changed. This happens on almost every settings screen that has faders except video settings for some reason.

Minor bug, but still a bug non the less.
