Bees in boat/minecart still display flying animation

When inside of a boat or minecart, bees still display body movement and wing flapping animations, despite the fact that they aren't flying or hovering off the ground at all. This doesn't make much sense, and it would be better if they used the stationary wings animation like when sitting on the ground next to the player when holding a flower.
