Subtitles show "minecart rolls" when there is no sound at all

When subtitles are enabled, sometimes they say "mine cart rolls" even though there is no mine cart rolling or sound being played. I know it only says this when you are above an abandoned mine shaft, but there is still no sound because the minecart is still.
